  1. Amen to this! It’s a concept we can take beyond parenting….it’s really what I like to call the double H…Honesty with Hope. Even when a kid does horrible…be honest–give the real evaluation now and provide hope (encourage)…”This is not what is expected from you. You could do so much better IF you choose to put in the work for it.”
